Tula A - Sept 19 Review

Guys out: 13 running, 4 observing

Warm up

Break-Force 45s: 3 sets
-75% flick, 80% backhand, 90% backhand

Berkley Drill:
-same as yesterday with the up line cut, reverse, and looping backfield cut away from the handler.
-Don't get too close to the line, move back and toward midfield on your reverse.
-Hard, hard, hard
-Good consistency on both sides

Zones:
-learned 1-3-3, 2-3-2, and Fisherman
-walked through 1-3-3
