First round

Tula Ladies out: 13

Today was a great start for Torontula Women. This morning we had a total of 13 out and were able to have a 6 on 6 scrimmage with one sub. Mostly new faces this morning, giving us a chance to have a meet and greet before things really start rolling on Monday. Already the team is looking like it has great potential. Keep this motivation up ladies because when we're in week 6, the numbers really help in the early morning not only for drills and scrimmage but also to help each other get excited.

First Pick up '06 vs. '07
Numbers: 5 people out 13 people out
drills: Throwing Technique (flick) Round the world/chaos
Game talk: Rules of Ultimate Dump and stretching the field

As you can see, even our first day out shows the hard work put in last year and over the summer.

Tryouts: Starting Monday @ 7:00am, cleated by 7:15, through Thursday at the same time. Practices will be on front campus unless we are ever forced to move to back campus, located directly behind the UC building by front campus. Friday we will finish the week off with an Old vs. Young scrimmage. Dwyer has made the cut off at 25 years.

See you all soon!
