We had a whole new group of girls today. The numbers are looking a little low these last few days. We still need ladies coming out to support our Vancouver teammates. We also have another tournament and the spring to think about, so lets get all the practice we can get in now.

Practice

• Go To with punishment

• Up the line dump cuts: We have been playing without defense so it's easy now. Make sure you're still making your first cut as hard as when the defense isn't there.

• 3 on 3 continuous: Keep working on using the field

To everyone who came out, really great hustle today. Everyone was running hard and the field positioning and flow in the 3 on 3 was looking a lot better!

To Do:

• Check spreadsheet and pay Deanna for Easterns
• Sign up for the Ohio tournament in November

Vancouver:

• Post flight times on BBS
• Get letter from Registrar, last date is Friday of next week
• Get CUPA membership @ http://www.canadianultimate.com/
