Tryout Review - Sept 10

Guys out: ~30

Warm up: Lotto
-Need to run back into positions so that we finish on time
-Communicate with your defensive partner so you know the correct side to defend

Open side 45s:
-Satisfactory completion rate. Needs to be approaching 100% because these throws are open side and the cutter is undefended.
-Remember to make your cut sharp (no bananas, loops, U cuts -> you get the idea)

Fitness: Suicides
-Cut to the cone, reverse and catch the disc. Throw it back. Return. Repeat.
-Throwers: think about putting the disc lightly into your receiver's hands, especially on short throws. Time it so that you throw as soon as you see them reverse. Always be faking.
-Cutters: Go hard. Concentrate on making a good return throw - you will have to do this in a game. Cut hard towards the disc (run through it).

Scimmage:
-Dark: Great start, poor finish. Concentrate on game ready throws, quick resets, handler movement, and resetting after you cut. Maintain the force.
-White: Wins the last game to 3.
