2) Break force 45s
- focus was on the marking. stopping the quick inside break early in the stall count and then shifting over to stop the outside break, higher in the stall count
- turnovers came in bunches so take an extra second... deep breath and execute your throw, cut and catch
3) Dump cut drill w/ give-n-go
- focus was on cutting and throwing to the middle of the field
- continue give-n-go cut all the way to the break force side
- always run at 100% because of ample recovery time
- touch flick throw is tough (especially in windy conditions)
- all players should work on their dump throws (both forehand and backhand) this week
4) Throw for scores w/ up-the-line cut
- the up the line-cut needs to be a little closer to the line and not too far
- hucks were looking good
good intensity today.
