Announcements:

• If you're not on the BBS yet, do that NOW. There are important things such as rides there!
• Pay your Easterns fee ($15) to Sticks either at the Didn't Get Cut party or Monday practice. Cash is fine but do not expect change, make cheques out to Adam Bak.
  

Review:

• Lotto
• End zone plays
• T
• Guys in the back keep your mark honest to make space.
• Handlers move the disc if there is no opening.
  

• Midfield plays.
  
• Web
• Memorize what every position does, this play is dependent on continuation cuts.
• Remember to do a handler reset if the play falls apart. This will be key especially if some of the cuts get shut down.

• Iso
• If the play is not on you then take your mark out of the play, remain a threat and be ready to make continuation cuts.
  

• 3 on 3 continuous.
• Worked on fast disc movement, and not allowing the defense to set up. This will be very important throughout the season.
  

Today was a light practice, next week expect to run hard. We have 4 days to be ready to take on some of the best teams in Eastern Canada; practice hard and bring your best game.
