Guys Running = 8
Guys sorta running = 1
Guys hurt and watching = 4

Announcements:
  • All A guys should be actively looking for tickets to Vancouver. If you're not going we should know as of Monday to bring up guys from the B. Post on the BBS when you have a ticket.
  • Get your orders for black Jerseys and Hoodies on the BBS in for tomorrow.
  • If you plan on going to Nationals you need a letter from your registrar. See: http://www.canadianultimate.com/Policy_CUUC.htm under Players to see what the letter should say. Needs to be done by next Friday.
This weekend announcements:
Practice Review
  • Warmup
  • Lotto quick pick
    • Talked about the hardest mark and a transition hardest mark. Both might be useful to work on this weekend
  • 45s
    • 6 turns and 1 D-block = 70 pushups on forehand
    • 10 turns = 10 shuttle runs on backhand
  • Walked through the Fisherman and played somewhat live. This will give us a good base for the weekend.
Tomorrow we will go through some plays, and our philosophy on man defense. Please try to be there.

Peter
