Stair runs (1 stair per step) 4x6 flights (1-7). 2 minute repeats.
Stair hops (1 stair per hop, 1 leg per flight), 2x6 flights. 3 minute repeats.
Wall squats (time proportional to number of missing people). 1 x 1:00, 1 x 1:30.
Short scrimmage against A team. Intensity level was a little low. I don't think we forced a single turnover. Need to take away the in cuts. If you can't play D when you're sore in practice, how are you going to play D when you're sore at a tournament
