Alright Torontula, this was our last early morning practice before Nationals! I hope to see lots of people out for our game at Greenwood tonight.

Practice:
Warm up was run by Nancy

• Traditional Endzone: Focus on running into the endzone from a turnover, staying calm and consistent.
• Communication Stacking: Focus on planning the cuts ahead, talking and taking charge.
• Scrimmage:Focus on timing, dump swing, communication
