Warmup, Stretch
Lane cutting: go deep and come back hard or bring your man way in to create space for a leading throw.
Layout/Attacking the disc: Too many drops. Eric is a beast. I need to stay on my feet.
Scrimmage against A team: We score once, but lose badly. Need to focus on spreading the field and getting quick movement (no one should get stuck with the disc and a high stall count). More movement from both handlers and cutters is necessary. Need to either play a lot better defence or not turn the disc over so bloody often. Every time we started to get some flow someone either got overly excited or overly lazy on a throw. Mental errors are killing us. Possession is everything. The A team is not going to give the disc back to us very many times. Our offence to defence transition has improved massively since Easterns (we've had a lot of practice), but we still need to focus on finding guys quickly and not forgetting the force. Less chatter on the line.
